Discovery on Adventure Island invites children to arise and shine because the light of God’s love has come and
is shining on them! At Discovery on Adventure Island VBS, children will explore ways God shines great light in
the world, and learn how they can also shine God’s light by reflecting what they’ve learned. Through stories in
the Old and New Testaments, this program will show students how connection with God brings the invitation
to shine God’s light in a world that needs it now more than ever.

**Please note: We want to do all we can to welcome your children to VBS at Calvary Church. With the well-being of your children in mind, we want you to be aware that some of our activities, lighting effects, and music may be overstimulating to some children. If you have a child with special needs please contact Pastor Ben at 217.546.9700. We will do our best to accommodate and make VBS a positive experience for all children.
