VBS begins at 6:00 p.m., but make plans to come early for food and to get checked-in! If you aren't able to feed the kids before you come, then let us feed them between 5:00 - 5:45. You can get the kids signed in while they eat. Meals are listed below, please indicate yes or no. (Kitchen closes promptly at 5:45pm)

By registering for Grace Chapel's VBS 2018, you agree to the following:
I do hereby consent that my child may participate in all ministry activities. I give permission to allow my child to ride in ministry vehicles. I do hereby release and forever discharge all sponsors, employees, volunteers, officers and board members of Grace Chapel Christian Church from any and all claims, demands, actions or cause of action, past, present, or future arising out of any damage or injury while participating in related activities. If medical care is needed, I understand that reasonable effort will be used to reach emergency contacts, but I give permission for emergency medical treatment to be given by certified personnel. I do understand that any financial obligations that are incurred for medical services will be my responsibility.
