MEGA Sports Camp - Mission Cup

9am-12noon, M-F

4yrs (and potty trained) through 6th grade

*Must turn 4yrs by June 1st*

**PLEASE REGISTER FOR THE GRADE THEY ARE IN/JUST COMPLETED.

*All pre-registered participants are guaranteed a camp shirt and bag (Shirt sizes are NOT guaranteed, they are first come, first served).

Please have them wear their shirt each day and bring their bag for any take home papers, balls, art projects, water bottles, etc.

*Soccer, football, volleyball, hockey and basketball participants should bring their own sports equipment/balls, if possible, with their name on it. We will have some extra equipment. 

*Soccer players are advised to wear shin guards. 

*Sports participants: Tennis shoes please, no cleats or flip-flops. 

Creative option includes Art & Cooking!

Packet Pick-up (including shirt & bag) is Monday, June 15th from 10-12 or 4-5pm. 

By registering for this event, you give permission for images of you child, captured during this event through video, photo and digital camera, to be used for the purposes of Crossroads Ministries promo and publicity.
