Session 1: Tuesday, March 25th 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Session 2: Tuesday, April 1st 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Upper Elementary students grow and discover at incredible rates. They are quickly becoming independent readers too. This is a great time to build on their reading skills by forming healthy spiritual habits of being in God’s word every day. This will lead to a closer discipleship with Jesus. That is why we are offering the two-session course for parents to attend called My Bible, which is one step of the Faith Legacy Series.
At these three sessions, you will discuss how to…
• Use the Bible in your own devotions and in your family devotions.
• Understand how the Bible fits together.
• Use the power of God’s word to direct our lives.
The sessions are for parents and students to attend and be equipped to help your family grow spiritually.
You will present a Bible to your child in a special blessing event ceremony on April 6th at the worship service time of your choosing (9AM or 11AM), where you will also speak words of blessing over your child.
Childcare can be provided for siblings. Please indicate if you would need childcare in the registration. (Birth - 5th grade)
