Welcome to VBS TRUE NORTH 2025!
Thank you for registering your kid(s) for Candlelight Christian Fellowship VBS! Please read the following information carefully.

Monday - Friday, June 23rd -27th
9:00 am – 12:15 pm

REGISTRATION

* Be sure to print, fill out, and bring the Liability and Medical Release forms for EACH child attending VBS. If your child does not have these forms, he/she will not be able to attend VBS. You may also email a copy of the completed form to VBS@candlelight.org.

MONDAY: Registration opens at 8:00 am. The first day takes longer, so please plan accordingly and give yourself extra time. You must stay with your child(ren) until 8:45 am EACH morning.

TUESDAY – FRIDAY: Doors open at 8:30 am. You will receive a new Kidcheck “guardian receipt” each day upon check-in. You must stay with your child(ren) until 8:45 am.

PICK UP
MONDAY – FRIDAY: Please plan to pick up your child(ren) at 12:15 pm each day. Each day’s "guardian receipt" (issued to you at drop-off) is required for the given day to help maintain a secure pick-up process. A picture of the receipt is an acceptable form for proof of guardianship. Tip: take a picture of the receipt with your cell phone!

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

If your child has any food allergies or sensitivities listed on their registration, please bring a snack for them to enjoy each day. If a snack is not provided for your child, we will give him "Skinny POP" popcorn along with a water. 

* The snack drop-off will be located in the lobby every morning. Please LABEL the snack with your child’s first and last name and leave it at the drop-off location. Do not send it with your child for the day.
