We hope you can join us for Campmeeting. Our conference team planned incredible programming for our children and youth.

Child safety is a priority at Campmeeting including our online Check-In, Check-Out system.

 A Check-In and Check-Out procedure will be used for the Kindergarten, Primary, Junior departments, including the nightly evening program for these areas.

This will mean a parent/guardian will need to drop off a child participating in these three divisions and pick them up.

Kindergarten, Primary, and Junior departments will hold participants at the close of a program until a parent/guardian, or an approved adult, arrives to pick up a child. Please be prompt to pick up your child at the close of their program.

A parent/guardian may give written permission for their child to leave the Junior division on their own without a parent/guardian.

A parent or guardian must attend with a child in the Beginner program, so this department will not be included in the Check-In, Check-Out process.

We will be using KidCheck for the Check-In, Check-Out process. Please register an account with KidCheck, add your child(ren) to the program (including needed medical information), and include any authorized pick-up person(s).

This event is open to the public.  The procedures in place are for the protection of our children.  Please support and follow these safety measures.
