We are excited for you to join us for AWANA this school year. We pray that your child grows closer to Jesus through scripture memorization, Bible lessons, small group discussion, and fun games.

Day and Time: Wednesdays, 6:30pm - 8:00pm

*Our program starts promptly at 6:30 pm - Drop off is available beginning at 6:15pm*

Cost: Our cost is a flat fee of $40 per child for Cubbies, Sparks and T&T ($30 after 1/1/27).

Our cost is a flat fee of $25 per child for students in 6th grade or higher that are independently completing Awana handbooks. Please contact us at awana@dvbcaz.org for information.

 Our nursery is open to Awana leaders’ children only. Kids in the nursery must have a parent/guardian volunteering on campus.

CUBBIES (Pre-Kinder ages 3 - 5):

Cubbies will spend this year working on the Appleseed book, learning fun songs and games, and hearing Bible stories! *your child must be 3 by Aug 26th in order to register for Cubbies*

SPARKS (Kinder - 2nd grade):

Sparks will spend this year working on their individual handbook, learning fun awana games, and hearing incredible Bible stories

 *previously registered students who were not able to complete their handbook last year will continue working on it.  Everyone else will start a new handbook.*

T&T (3rd - 5th grade):

T&T will spend this year working on the Agents of Grace book; memorizing scripture and diving deeper into verse meaning through each week's Bible study. 

To provide leadership opportunities within our Awana program, 3rd-5th grade students have an opportunity to serve on our Awana SERVE team! If you would like more info on this, please say "YES" in the "Serve Team" field. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with further info about the team and how to join. Thank you!

We want all kids to have a fun and successful Awana year.  If reading, writing or memorizing is a struggle for your child, please let us know in the Accommodation section so we can make adjustments based on their personal need.

By registering your child, you give DVBC permission to take and use pictures that may include your child (no names disclosed) for slideshows, distributed in parent emails or on DVBC's website or social media. Please put "YES" in the "Media Release" section on the additional registration info form, to show you understand and agree. 

We encourage NO FRIEND REQUESTS so that everyone is "new" and no one feels left out. Kids are really good at making new friends, if we give them the opportunity. While this is our preference, we understand some children may need to be in the same group that rotates together. Please leave requests/comments/concerns for our director in the Friend Request space below. Thank you!
